About the Movie
Have you ever wanted to write, direct, and shoot a movie? Well we did just that. From a small concept that developed in a conversation between two life-long friends at a bar in Seattle, the movie Warrior’s End grew into the epic vision it is today.
Shot on the latest version of consumer High Def video, the makers of the film want to bring the vivid natural beauty displayed in the Northwest to life. Operating on a shoestring budget, the main resource and uniqueness of the movie begins with the beautiful and exotic locations on the shoot. Having to hike sometimes all day through the Cascades in Washington, the Bitteroot Mountains in Montana, and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, the actors, and crew spared no expense of sweat and blood to make this film possible. Blending the scenic locations with favorite themes (loyalty, brotherhood, standing up against impossible odds) the filmmakers wanted to create a film that mirrored their own tastes in film as well as history. Set in a fictional area of Northern Europe during the late Dark Ages the film quickly works at transporting the audience to a new world of excitement and adventure.
